Brand-new and lovely looking rooms with refrigerator, good natured staff. Clean facilities there. Location close enough to the tourist attraction of the caves, random areas, and entertainment options or food options.

location: the hotel was very close to local restaurants as well as the national parks. i had outstanding and satisfactory breakfasts with yogurt and a paleo or keto diet and waffles.

Nice stay with some hiccups

We had a pretty good stay! The room was clean and spacious. The staff was super friendly. I really appreciated the modern vibe. The breakfast was decent, and there was a nice picnic area to chill at. Just a bummer that the street lamps made our room kinda bright at night.

I stayed for 3 nights and found the bed comfortable. I appreciated the convenient location for visiting the nearby national park. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a visit to downtown for dinner, though traffic was heavy.

The exercise room had broken equipment, and the indoor pool felt too cold to enjoy. A bright LED light outside shone directly into my room, distracting at night.

I really enjoyed my stay, as the rooms were modern and clean, and the breakfast had plenty of tasty choices like biscuits and gravy. Plus, it's less than 2 km to the Bat Flight Program in Carlsbad Cavern National Park, made for an amazing evening stroll and view at sunset.
